To appear on the agent and counsellor publicly accessible database, you must select the correct role when registering on the hub.

There are three roles you can choose from:

  3. Other

An Agent counsellor is:

  • an education specialist who places students on behalf of one or more education providers

  • an other adviser, for example a travel agent, who may offer overseas education placement services as one of their activities

A School/College/Education provider counsellor is a counsellor that works in-house at an education provider. A school, college, HE provider or multiple education provider.

Other is for professionals that do not work with students.
